Organoleptic Properties
Bright intense red color. Characteristic sweet aroma. Firm and slightly elastic texture. Balanced sweet flavor with mild almond-like notes typical of maraschino processing.
Ingredients
Cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, preservatives (sodium benzoate and/or potassium sorbate), artificial red color (Red 40), sulfites as preservative.

Ideal for cake fillings, industrial pastry decoration, sweet breads, gelatin preparations, ice cream toppings, mixology and foodservice applications where stems are not required.
