Dried cranberries, maltitol, cocoa, cocoa butter, soy lecithin and vanilla.
Irregular to oval-shaped pieces uniformly coated in dark-brown chocolate. The coating is smooth and firm at room temperature with a pleasant melt-in-the-mouth texture, while the dried cranberry center remains soft, flexible and chewy. Flavor combines pronounced cocoa and dark-chocolate notes with the cranberry's characteristic sweet-tart, fruity profile, complemented by delicate vanilla notes.
Ideal for direct consumption as a snack, chocolate and confectionery applications, dessert tables and premium nut and dried-fruit mixes. It can also be used as a topping for yogurt, ice cream, bowls, oatmeal and granola, as well as in bakery and pastry applications, dessert decoration, coffee boards and as an accompaniment to hot beverages.
Bulk (BLK) per kilogram. Dried cranberries coated with sugar-free dark chocolate.
Store preferably at 15–20 °C (59–68 °F) in a cool, dry and clean environment protected from light and strong odors. Keep properly sealed and avoid sudden temperature changes, excessive humidity and direct exposure to heat. Temperature fluctuations may promote fat bloom or sugar bloom on the chocolate surface, primarily affecting its appearance.
Select pieces with a reasonably uniform chocolate coating, clean surface and characteristic dark-brown coloration. Chocolate should remain firm with a pleasant melt, while the cranberry center should retain a flexible and chewy texture. Flavor should be clean and well balanced between cocoa and fruit, without rancid, fermented or foreign aromas, excessive moisture, mold or visible contamination.
U.S.A
American cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) is a fruit native to North America, recognized for its characteristic tart flavor and intense red pigmentation. Drying produces a chewy texture and more concentrated fruit profile that pairs particularly well with the deep character of dark chocolate. In this formulation, maltitol is used as a polyol to provide sweetness in place of conventional sugar. The commercial “Sugar Free” declaration should be supported by the finished product's composition, nutritional analysis and applicable labeling requirements; excessive consumption of polyols may produce gastrointestinal effects in sensitive individuals.
