Organoleptic Properties

Golden-yellow to orange strips with natural variations resulting from the fruit and drying process. Flexible, fleshy and chewy texture, slightly firm on the outside and pleasant to eat. Concentrated ripe-mango aroma. Naturally sweet, fruity and tropical flavor with subtle acidic and honey-like notes. All sweetness comes exclusively from naturally occurring sugars in the mango.

Suggested Uses

Ideal for direct consumption as a snack, lunch boxes, sports and outdoor activities, hotels, cafés, catering, gourmet retail and snack or toppings bars. It can also be cut into smaller pieces for granola, yogurt, oatmeal, bowls, cereals, trail mixes, bakery and desserts.

Storage and Handling
