Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) grade C-5 Special, produced in Sri Lanka under the Orientalli® brand. Made from the inner bark of young cinnamon trees and carefully hand-rolled into quills measuring approximately 21 inches (53 cm). This premium grade is distinguished by its light golden-brown color, delicate aroma, naturally low coumarin content and exceptional quality for gourmet and industrial applications.

Organoleptic Properties

Long, uniform quills with a light golden-brown color. Fine, lightweight and brittle texture composed of multiple thin rolled layers. Sweet, warm and delicate aroma with notes of honey, vanilla and citrus. Smooth, mildly sweet and gently spiced flavor with a clean, elegant finish free of harsh bitterness.
